LEASING:
You can lease every track on this site for $25. You may utilize leased tracks on anything you would like including album, demo, mixtape, radio, tv, film, etc. You keep any and all profits made from a leased track but credit must be listed as “produced by Cartel for Hoodgrown Productions”. Leased tracks are not exclusive, meaning anyone can lease and utilize that track as well. Once you purchase a leased track, you will receive a very high quality mixed Mp3. The way you hear the tracks on the site is how they are mixed and will sound. You will not receive separated parts. Leased beats are emailed instantly upon purchase. You will only be able to download each purchased track 3 times.
EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS:
You can purchase the Exclusive Right to use any track on this site. By acquiring said rights the track will be removed from this site so that no one else will be able to purchase it and you will be sent WAV files of all of the elements contained in the track in order to create high quality mixes. You will also be sent paperwork that will need to be signed by yourself and Hoodgrown Productions. Exclusive Rights are $250 and WAV files can take up to 24 hours to be sent.
