Jay-Z’s tour dj, Neil Armstrong, puts out a dope mix/mixtape as a special thanks to S.Carter for allowing him to experience the worldwide tours with Jay-Z. The mix is one long Mp3, but it’s definitely one of the best Jay-Z mixes to date. Armstrong really shows off on this one. The mix is also promotion for Neil’s new website launch.
