For a while I’ve been swamped with a lot of projects so time has been very limited. I can’t remember the last time I had time to sit down and write a journal so I figured it is long over due. I wanted to drop a few gems about a lot of things I’ve experienced and advice to other artist. During the last year things have became a slight bit more hectic in terms of a lot of things I’m dealing with. Career wise everything is great musically, but with that said their is a lot of bullshit that comes along with that success. Do I feel I am at a level where I have arrived? No. Do I feel I am on the right path to getting there? Yes. With that said I will tell you about a lot of the things that I have dealt with, what I have learned, and how you can spot these problems to prevent them from happening to you.
‘K.Sparks Journal’
It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to write a journal. I’ve been super busy with my series Manic Mondays, doing Interviews, and working on four album projects at once. But after a few E-mails from people requesting I do a Journal how could I say no? Gotta give the people what they want right?
But then my name started blowing up quick, now they jumping on my dick, ’cause they see me on the rise and know now my paper thick, But then my name started blowing up quick, now they jumping on my dick, because they see me on the rise and know now my paper thick” -Mike Jones

-Skit From Black Star Album
Man, I haven’t been able to keep up with writing Journal’s as often as I would prefer due to a lot of time constraints. Manic Mondays is taking off so I’ve been spending most of my time writing and listening to beats (shout out to every producer that submits beats as well). However, tonight I actually have some down time (which is rare) so I decided to pen a new Journal. This Journal is simply called “New Places New Faces”. Many people hit me up and ask how to create a buzz, how to profit from their music, and other music related questions. To put it simple, everything starts mentally first. Mentally you have to prepare yourself for New Places and New Faces.
